Father Day Crafts For Kids

Father Day crafts for kids helps make the holiday special for your dad, uncle, and/or grandpa. Everyone appreciates a gift you made yourself. It shows them that you have taken time to think about them. For this Father's Day feel free to use our fun, easy, and creative father day crafts for kids.

Crafts Fathers Day Cards

Tracing Hand Card (ages 7+)

This card is fun and simple and shows that you really care.

For this project you will need:

- Construction(colored) or regular paper
- Crayons, colored pencils, or markers
- Scissors
- Glue

1. Trace your hand on a piece of paper. Cut it out with a scissors.
2. To make a card, fold one piece of construction(colored) or regular paper in half.
3. Glue on the cut out hand onto the front of the card.
4. Decorate the card however you want. Remember to include phrases such as "I will lend you a hand."
5. Inside the card, list the ways that you can help the person who is receiving the card or draw the ways.

Father's Day Award

Father's Day Award (ages 6+)

For this project you will need:

-Crepe paper
-Construction paper
-Two glasses or objects that can be used to trace two different sized circles
-Glue
-A marker(Any color except the color of the construction paper)
-A scissor

1. Trace the larger glass or object on the crepe paper three times.
2. Cut out each circle you traced.
3. Glue the circles together in the center.
4. Use your smaller glass or object and trace a small circle on construction paper and cut it out.
5. Glue the small circle in the middle of the large circles.
6. Cut out a long strip of crepe paper and fold it to look like the letter "V"
7. Glue the "V" on back of the circles upside down.
8. Print "best father" on the smallest circle with a marker.

The award can also be personalized for whoever you are giving it to. For example, if you plan to give the award to your uncle, you should write "best uncle" instead of "best dad"
